Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University and 10-15 years practical experience OR Diploma in Mechanical with 15-20 years' experience in Project Management, Turnaround in the oil & gas sector.
1. Assist in preparation of Turnaround Budget and cost control initiatives to align with the Turnaround objectives and to maintain all records, inputs, correspondence, files, reports that are necessary to prepare and control of the turnaround budget and any related financial requirements. Be thoroughly conversant with SAP and other applicable MS Office packages for the follow-through on all steps of the control process.
2. Liaise with the TA Planning to ensure timely and accurate cost data are obtained.
3. Develop the Turnaround budget class V, Ill & II; develop the TA WBS Coding system, provide typical estimates to TA works and expenditure profile on yearly basis and over the TA cycle.
4. Update and publish TA Cost report on a regular basis to confirm the TA forecasts
